Jeremy Hauk Unable To Stand Trial

Jeremy Hauk will not be able to stand trial until he is evaluated for autism and schizophrenia. The doctors at the hospital have said that it is recommended that he be fully evaluated on these two conditions. His attorney says that he was good in school, but could still possible suffer from these conditions. This will be a very long wait before a trial is to begin. So therefore, he will stay in the Utah State Hospital for at least six more months. I will keep you up to date on this and will cover the trial once it is started, or if it will ever come to be.
