Hacker buys more time

Well, looks like Gary McKinnon will be staying home for a little longer. His extradition has been postponed so that the new guys can review their case. It was said that the U.S. didn't recognize his Asperger's Syndrome. It has been changed to February 15, 2009. He has been a suicidal risk. So could one be not guilty because of Asperger's or well we'll say what do you think will happen to Garry McKinnon and why??
